Forward from Exch 2000 to external user xxx@yyy.com

I need to forward a copy of all incoming messages addressed to a specific user out to his internet address. This is to be used to duplicate messages to a blackberry.

Setting up Forwarding with a copy on his account in A/D will not work because the external address is not an exchange address (not mailbox-enabled).

Please help with any info.

you need to set up a mail-enabled Contact in AD. Then make that account the alternate recipient.
