Hello,

Is there a forward all feature access code in CUCM? In other PBX system such as Avaya, it's possible to add a button that user can press and forward calls to a pre-defined number. Is that possible in Cisco or have to enter the phone number every time we want to forward all?

Thanks!

You can program a speed call with that number. You would need to press the CFalways soft key then the speed call button.

Thanks Whykap. I was thinking on an option similar to SAC in Avaya, but your suggestion is a good option as well. Thanks!

We use the same method. However it 'burns' a button, and thus highlights one of the more noticeable shortcomings of the new phones (very limited number of available buttons). On our old Mitels the lowest-end phone came w/14 line buttons and their model 5340 ip set had 48 buttons, all in the same footprint of an equiv. 7942. We can get there with Cisco too, though it requires a minimum of a 7965 or above and adding two expensive expansion modules, ending up with a $900 phone. :(

Back some years ago when Mitel was (again) on the block (as they have been from time to time) it would have been nice if Cisco could have bought them. They've got some really nice instruments, including an integral cordless handset
