Forward External to Internal Call

First, Thank you for helping me.
We just have one company that move the building to our company building and they have one main phone number from SWBELL. They want to keep that SWBELL phone number and they want to use our phone number (Our system). They want somekind of forwarding that ext. phone number to our system so they can have Call pilot Feature and they can receive the call in our phone number. Does any one know, if SWBELL can forward the call to our phone number ? or does anyone has a solution for me ?

Note: I have several 1-800 phone number that pinpoint (may be forward to internal phone number, is that the same thing?)

I don't know if SW Bell can provide this service, but we have it in Miami with Bellsouth.
It's called non-consecutive DID, another possibility is to forward the line to a DID number in your system.
All this is assuming that you have DID'S
