Good morning,

I have an sv9100 which is largely vendor managed -- however, they've dropped off the map in terms of availability due to the obvious global situation. We're a small shop, so it makes sense... I guess.

Anywho -- I'm logged into WebPro and trying to find out how to forward my extension externally -- when I try SPKR + 741 + 1 (Set) and enter 9+10 digit TFN -- the second I hit the 9 I get a fast busy -- which based on my Avaya days, seems like CFWD external is disabled.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

check 20-11-12 is enabled for your class of service
check 21-01-nn has a valid trunk group to route calls
check 14-01-13 is enabled for your trunks
in 24-09-01 CALL FWD ALL CALLS 24-09-02 through to 05 enter the number you wish to divert to

Opens a can of worms or rather your system can be compromised allowing trunk to trunk transfer. If it is for one extension only, then just change that extension cos to enable trunk to trunk transfer. Oh and if you have analog lines you will need to make sure the clear disconnect is set correctly.
