We have one user who works outside of the office. We are hosting our own email that everyone can access either with OWA or Outlook (with a VPN connection). He would like his emails from the company forwarded to another email address. Is there a way to set this up in exchange?

Thank you.

This is pretty easy to do, but it's more than just Exchange. It's a two-part process

From Exchange, create a new contact with the user's external email account. Then go into the user's properties screen from Active Directory Users and Computers and select one of the Exchange tabs. I believe it is Exchange Advanced. From there you will see an option to forward all email to another account, and you can select the contact from this point.

I don't have an Exchange server in front of me, so I don't have the screens exact I hate to say, just going off of memory. If I didn't get it close enough post back and let me know.
