Forward email rule is sending as an attachment 1

I have a rule in GW6 that sends my email to my cell phone. When the message gets forwarded through the rule it is getting sent as an attachment and my phone does not display the message.
When I forward the message manually it works fine. Why does it forward it as an attachment when using the rule? Is there a way to forward it as a message instead of a rule?

Use an action of "delegate" instead of "forward" when creating a rule to forward e-mail. This will put the original e-mail text in the body of the forwarded e-mail instead of attaching it.
