Forward email for a particular user

How do I forward all email sent to a particular email account to another account (not for my account, mind you)? Here's my silly situation: A worker was terminated today, and I deleted his user account on his machine. So, now I can't log into his computer and change his Notes setting to forward messages. I have server access, I just have very little clue as to what I'm doing. If anyone could help, I'd appreciate it.

You deleted his account, so his mailbox is gone and his Person document also.
Create a new Person document (not a new user !), and enter the email address of the terminated user. Give the Person doc the name of the mail database that should recieve the mail, and your problem should be solved.
