One users is going to be out of the office, and wants to forward his extention to the admin assistance. If the caller wants to leave a voice message, he wants the admin assistance to be able to send the caller to his voicemail.
The forwarding of the extension works fine using the feature 4, but I don't know how to send the caller back to his voice mail. I tried feature 980, but seems to be only for internal call.
Any ideas of how this can be done?
