Forward Calls to two external numbers at once or in sucession

I have a need to set up a line that will ring two internal desk phones at once which is the easy part and then if neither one is answered have the call ring two cell phones either at the same time or one than the other. I know I can setup mobility but that will ring both the desk phone and cell phone at the same time, not when there is no answer after a few rings. Does anyone know how I might attempt to do this?

Configure the no answer destination for both phones to the PSTN number of the cell phone. Make sure the CSS for no answer will allow 9.xxxxxxxxxx dialing or whatever applies to your local outbound policy.

Or consider the following:

Station A
Ext 5000
No answer = 5001

Station B
Ext 5001
No answer = cell phone

You can get fancier and set the no answer to go to voicemail and then use a callhandler (if you're using Unity) to send the call to the public number based on time of day, caller input, etc.

But that sends it to one cell number, I need to send it to 2 numbers because there are two people that responsible for answering the calls on this number, so can I put 2 different numbers in the No answer =

You're going to have to forward the cell phones.

Rings on desk phones
forward to Cell A
if no answer on A, then Cell A is FWD to Cell B.

It's the long way, but the only way (I think!)
