Forward calls to cell phone

I am new to NEC 2400. Will you please tell me how to forward a desk phone to a cell phone. I try using ACFS but didn't work. Thanks

Are you adding a 9 in front of the number of the cell phone?

if so then you may have trunk to trunk restricted.

If I remember rightly the older 2400s couldn't call forward to an external number. You had to forward to a speed dial to overcome this limitation. How old is your's?
