forward calls for anlog line

Hello,

I want to redirect a call to a mobile phone when the dn line is busy.
The line is an analog and i already put the mobile phone but it's seems not working. I add the mobile line in the config but nothing working.
When someone talking on the 6655, if another person call, you can hear the sound saying that the line is busy, instead of going to mobile line which is 4501234567

you have CFXD instead of CFXA in the CLS, but why not CLS HTA and
HUNT: 4501234567 or 94501234567?

Forward = No Answer
Hunt = Busy

thank it's works.
I changed the hunt by adding cell phone number and in cls I changed htd to hta.
By the way i did not change the cfxd and still working.

Can you explain what is cfxd or cfxa.

[Firebird Scrambler]

CFXA = Call Forward External Allowed. This means that your Call Forward key can be set to allow calls from the extension be forwarded out of the system subject to the number of digits allowed.

In your case it was set to a max of 12 digits.
Having CFXD means that the user can't manually forward their calls out of the system.

Change the CLS from CFXD (call forward external denied) to CFXA (allowed).

Better late than never. As posted, CFXA does not apply to HUNT or FDN. HUNT applies to HUNT, which the TN did not have.
