Forward callers to voice mail

Cs 1000 rls. 7.5 call pilot 1000r rls. 5.5 is there a way to send callers to voicemail while on a call? We have users asking us if we can do this option.

I'm on the phone with you and a call comes in I want to be able to push a button and send that caller to voice mail. I was told that in rlelease 7.5 we can program a button our phones that would be able to push a button called (divert) to send that caller right to voice mail.
