Forward Call with same trunk SIP : No Voice 1

Hello,

Is that this problem still exists?
=> When i forward a incoming call (trunk SIP) by a same trunk SIP i have no voice ..

Now my ipo is in R8.0.44
I trie this :
- check or uncheck "REFER" in SIP Line => same problem
- check or uncheck "RE-INVITE" => same problem

I must use a second trunk SIP to forward incoming call..

Thank a lot.
 
this is common. The IPO sends out on the wrong source ports. It can be fixed on the Provider end. get them to to a wireshark trace to see whats happening.

Also, you need to enable RTP keep alives on the System / LAN / Network Topology TAB

In addition, when i active "annoucements" for a user, these forward are OK
 
HSM thanks for that tip with the RTP keep alive, had that issue at home but didn't really want to play around with it because it is at home but that made it work nicely.
