thanks, it worked out but now my boss has given me more detail of what he wants. it's as follows:
Between the hours of 9am-5pm a manager would like their assistant to screen all their incoming calls by having them appear in phone manager.
After 5pm the manager would like to be able to answer their own calls.
In addition to this, the manager needs a few numbers to be able to go straight to his ext. with out being filtered via his assistant.
Do you have any documentation of how to set this up?
