forward call from operator console to other extension

how to solve this problem..
at the moment operator console faulty and need to forward call incoming call to other extension?
i trying programming already but still not working & i need guide.tq

The easiest way is to remove the console which puts the system in night service.
Log into the system and go into LD 21. Check and note the existing "NIT" settings.

Some systems have NIT1 go to voicemail or a night answer point.

Go into LD 15 and under NIT or CDB etc, change the NIT1 prompt to a different DN.
