CUSTOMER WANT CALLS FORWARD TO CELL PHONE
THEY DO NOT HAVE PRIVATE LINES.
Can a forward be done by exstension
They have a mics

It depends on the software version of the mics, I believe you need 4.0 or higher.

4.1 software and up required.....what do you mean by "private lines"?
What kind of lines do they have?

4.1 rediret on that ext to yes,then build a route to go out on.Then they can use the call forward feature that way,If you have a call pilot or flash you can outbound transfer also that way to.
