Forward by time and day Nortel BCM 3.50

Hi, I am new to BCM. We have BCM 3.50 and one of the user asked me if we can forward this specific number to another number on M-F 9-5PM.

Is that possible and is there a simple way or do i have to ask vendor.

I just want to add:

It can be done automatically or it has to be done manually, like press the forward button?

You could use an auto attendant and CCR tree to automatically forward that specific line to another number. The caller will hear "One Moment Please" as the call is transferred out of the system. Not sure if that's a problem or not for you.
