Hello
I configured a Cisco ip phone from my CCM 4.3 administration windows. I want to forward the call to Ext. 200 while my Ext. 100 is busy. I have activated next config on the Device Configurtion window:
Admin. Window Ext. 100
Forward Busy Internal: 200
Forward Busy External: 200
When i dial the Ext. 100 while this Ext. is busy, the Ext. 100 start ringing no matter if the phone is busy.
Does some one had this issue before?
