Forward and extension immediately

I need to forward the line on key 0 directly to an outside number immediately not after 4 rings.


Can someone give me the settings I need to do this please.

add a CFW 12 key to phone and change CLS to CFXA

where # is an empty key.

one the phone press the call foward key,while it is blinking enter the number press forward again. To unfoward hit the key again.

you will need to remove from that phone then and build as a dummy acd or phantom

so there is no way to forward after fewer rings than 4?

sure - RCO tells how may rings and is tied to CFN in CDB


RCO 0 = CFN0
RCO 1 = CFN1
RCO 2 = CFN2

you can change CFN prompts but it will affect all sets tied to that assignment. You will have to print all TNS to see who is assigned to what RCO

if you use the forward key, it goes without a ring.. print your cdb and check the defof your cfn's.. like reuser said those controls the rco's for your switch.. be carefull, if you change any of those, it changes that rco for the customer, all phones with that rco change to.. to remove the dn from the phone

Add a Make Set Busy key. After setting up forwarding depress MSB and it will immediately forward.
