Hello again!
So I was able to enable a call forward to an external number. However the user does not want the business messages going to his personal vmail.
Is there a way to set it so after ringing his cell for x number of times, it goes to the extensions a.k.a. his business voicemail?
all out incoming lines are PRI if that helps
we are not using mermail, we have active voice running on xp
