Forward All Line 1 and 2 ???

You will need to login into the user webpage to forward lines on the phone other than the main Line 1. I think once your users get to do it this way they will like it.

Fitzwarterj is referring to if you're not familiar. Create the user in CUCM and and associate the device to the user. Goto the link above and login with the UN/PW you created for the user. I agree Fitz this is the way to go!
