Forward all incomming Mail to an Internal 2007 Mailbox

I Need to get incomming emails entering the company i work for Exchage 2007 System to be delivered to the end user and also forwarded to another mailbox that is going to be be use a java script to put the mail content into a CRM system. Ive tried jornaling and the forwarding on the per user basis does forward to an internal Mailbox. I i have looked at the Transport rules and there is no forward option on incomming emails only BCC and CC. The mail needs to be forwarded as the Javascript that runs against the end mailbox needs the header formatted as a forwarded email to work correctly....
