Forward ALL incoming Calls 1

We are moving; we have to vacate our current space but the new space will not be ready for two weeks. I have to forward all incoming calls to an external number. Does this have to be done buy the phone company or can I do it at the PBX. We have an IP Office 403 PRI 15 Channels and DID.

you would be better getting that done with your phone company using RCF (remote call forward), especially if you are planning on moving your IPOffice to the new building

You can do with IPO.
Route all calls to one user and then unconditional forward call to any number [mobile, ....]

Or just type the forwarding number as "Destination" in "Incomming Call route"

better do it with the phone company
when you move the ip office your phone still works
reinstall the ip office at the new office and move the phone line
