Team Hello.
Is it possible to forward a set to an external number (by clicking allow redirect ) while the set has assigned a PSTN Line on it and when an incomming call rings the set to be forwarded to the external line? With target line works fine but with GATI - Analog pstn line the forward does not function as supposed. If i ring the DN of the set the forward goes to the external destination.

thanks

Nikos

If you're using external call forward you need to set up a destination code and a route. The route will point at the line or pool you'll be using for the outgoing call. So if you use 6 as the destination code you'll dial F46 + destination phone number to forward the phone. If it will always be the same number you are forwarding to you can program this number as the external number for the route you're using. This is how I have it setup in my BCM50 to forward to my cell phone when I leave the office. Then you'll just have to dial F46 and press the Hold button to forward the phone.

Also make sure you have supervision assigned to all incoming and outgoing analog lines that will be used.

Also if no line appearances on the phone be sure you have 2 intercoms.
