Forward a Fax Number

I have a fax number that I need to forward to another fax machine. The wiring has been pulled, and short of going to the punch down block & doing the #1 thing, I can't figure out
how to do it in LD 10/20. If I change the HUNT and FTR FDR it will transfer after 4 rings, but how can I get it to do it right off the bat?

you could look up all the codes and do a remote call forward. what i would do is..

ld 10
out
500
x x x x..

(if you do not know the tn)

ld 20

prt
dnb
0
xxxx (the fax number)


then to complete the forward

ld 23
new
acd
xxxx (the old fax number)
maxp 1
ncfw yyyy (the forward to number)

ignore all the other ld 23 prompts

is there a reason that you can't just change the dn of the forward to fax.. it takes less steps.. out the 500, as posted then in ld 10
