Hi All,
I found that the users on my network were having difficulty when typing in names of people that have the same first names in Memo To: field.
For instance:
Alison Brown
Alison Ingham
Alison Bodnar
Users were typing Alison Br, or Alison I to bring up the names.
I found though, that if you type Ali, or similar, then you can use the Up and Down cursor keys to cycle through the names, saving a bit of typing in some cases.
Although this isn't what you might call a massive tip, it certainly put a smile on the faces of the users on my network, in that they had never thought of that before. (Warms the heart when they notice your efforts, and start to use your ideas!)
