Hi all,

Thanks for reading and any posts in advance.

Does anyone know of any easily implementatable forums that could be put on a Solaris box easily, that don't involve mysql, php and appache...

Thanks again for reading and for posts,

A news server perhaps?

If you're talking about web-style forums, what would you expect to use instead of Apache to serve the web pages?

You could have a look on sourceforge, but I doubt you'll find anything that doesn't use PHP / MySQL / Apache. Why do you want to use these?

I just want to setup a quick and easy to user/administrate forum on a solaris box. Its just for testing purposes to see how it runs for users at the moment...

Thanks for the replays though,

Yeah that looks like it might fit the bill... thanks...
