Forum moves to left when click on thread

For some odd reason the forum moves to the left when l click on a thread.
This only happens in IE. I have been told it is due to two Doc types.
I don't which Doc type needs to be deleted from what file.
I have tried the junkyard forum but no luck.

Validate your pages before you post. The doctype is incomplete on one of the pages (I'm not telling you which one... you can do some work and find it).
