I have been using Intel Fortran v4 for about 30 years now from MS-DOS thru Windows 2000, XP, 7x86 with no problems at all. But now with Windows 7x64 I get a message to the effect that 16 bit programs/compilers/ will not run on Windows 7x64, and, further, nothing can be done about this as far as mods go. The question is will Fortran 77, 90, or 95 run on Windows 7x64? Are these 32 bit compilers?
Joey.

Using your link, I did not come across the word "download" anywhere.
But, my question begs.

The link I posted before, only described standards.

Binaries are available here

You can read about the installation for example here:

There are several videos available on YouTube, how to install gfortran - type "gfortran windows"

I'm personally using MSYS which contains other useful utilities besides gfortran such as bash, gcc, g++ and unix like commands - e.g .: sed, awk, ... etc
