Fortinet Fortigate 800 Password Firewall Problem

Hi All,

I have recently started working at a company, who, to be blunt has the most cocked up network i've ever seen.

Part of the problem is the Fortinet Fortigate 800 firewalls we have.

THey're great, except no-one here knows a password t get in to the damn things so I can't seer what they're doing.

Does anyone know the best way to get in to the firewalls (there's 2 of them, clustered) without too much disruption?

Also worth mentioning they are only working in transparent mode, port flitering only.
