So, not really formula related (where should I post this?)....

What does everyone use to create pretty charts with colors management love to see? Excel? I'm trying to create dash boards in crystal where you can basically run the report for a date range and dump to PDF as the final product, but I don't really see how to create complex charts in CR (e.g. charts graphing 3 data points, the on change of field). I've been trying to create a chart that shows counts based on ticket priority (1 and 2), environment (prod and non-prod) and a count "meets certain criteria" (incident was resolved with in SLA (yes or no)). I'm not finding a way to do this.

What does everyone here use to create "complex" charts?

Thanks!
