I have to apologize in advance bc I am not very familiar with Crystal Reports. I switched from Crystal Reports 9 to Crystal Reports 2008. I did get my reports to transfer over. However, I work for a home builder and in the new Crystal Reports the open jobs are not showing up on my report and they did on the old reports. I don't know where to start. I appreciate any help or suggestions.

We need to know a little bit more in order to help with this.

What are your selection criteria for the reports? How is your data set up? Are you joining tables, using stored procedures, or using commands to provide data for your reports?

A computer only does what you actually told it to do - not what you thought you told it to do.

Also, what steps did you take to do this:

Usually you only need to open them in the new version ( since 8.5 anyway)
