Formula Windows

I recently bought crystal reports XI professional and I am having problems opening the formula window to create a new formula. I also have issues opening or editing an already existing formula from other reports. Has anyone else ever had this problem. I have tried the uninstall and reinstall procedure and that did not work.

I've not had this, however if previous formulas included UFLs that are not installed, that could prove problematic.

You might also apply the latest service pack.

Rather than saying you have problems, please state specifics, does it not open, error (nessages), can't find it, or?

Shouldn't you talk to the vendor? If someone sells you something, it ought to be 'of merchandisable quality'; i.e. it does what it says it will.
