I need to do a formula (MyCalc) using my Pivot Table's count results ($B4:$B12). Can this be done? For example:

Leader1 Count of Student MyCalc
StudentName 13 $B4*3
StudentName 9 $B5*3
StudentName 5 $B5*3
StudentName 3 $B5*3
StudentName 2 $B5*3
StudentName 2 $B5*3
StudentName 1 $B5*3
StudentName 1 $B5*3
StudentName 1 $B5*3

Hi,

I'd suggest using the Source Table to do any aggregations, unless you want to decouple the Source Table, which can get updated, without updating the PivotTable.

Other than that, just do a SUM on column C, I assume...

=SUM(C:C)

Skip,

for a NUANCE![tongue]

If you are just multiplying the count by 3 then that could be done in a "calculated field" in the pivot. However in your example the row numbers don't increment - I am just assuming you meant them to.

Gavona,

You are correct. I meant to increment the row numbers.

I tried to do a "calculated field" in the pivot. I evidently did not do it right, and then I couldn't figure out how to delete the "Field1" that it inserted during my attempt.
