formula to change display string format 1

I have two fields 'A' and 'B'. In 'A' only i have to display 'A/B'. everything is working fine except the display string. I need the display string as 1123 format.
How to write a formula for that?

when you convert number to string you can add arguments to remove decimal places and suppress thousand separators
