Formula Question

I am trying to create a formula that reviews all records in a specific field until it reaches the end or the occurrence is found.

Currently it defaults at reading the first record in the field then it runs through the boolean expression.

How do I get the formula to review all the records before ending.

You might get better help if you describe what you're trying to do, rather than explain how you'd like Crystal to process.

If you place a formula in the detail section, it will evaluate for every record, but you can do comparisons against all rows using:

whileprintingrecords

Hopefully one of these will help, otherwise, post what you're trying to do.
