Hi, I am using version nine. I have the following formula and would like the result to be a percent.

{#0-5}/Count ({@BACKLOG TIME}, {CUSTPROB.RESP})

This formula is in the group footer.

Thank you for your help

Change it to:

{#0-5} % Count ({@BACKLOG TIME}, {CUSTPROB.RESP})

Then in preview mode click on the % icon in the toolbar.

You didn't state what the problem is. If all you want to do is format as a percent, multiply by 100 and turn on the % sign option.

Visual CUT & DataLink Viewer:
view, e-mail, export, burst, distribute, and schedule Crystal Reports.

Just replace the / with %

eg {#0-5} % Count ({@BACKLOG TIME}, {CUSTPROB.RESP})

However, its good practice to test for zero

If Count ({@BACKLOG TIME}, {CUSTPROB.RESP}) = 0 then 0 else
{#0-5} % Count ({@BACKLOG TIME}, {CUSTPROB.RESP})

Prevent report falling over with a divide by zero error.

Click on the % icon in the toolbar as mentioned earlier.
