Have database with employee anniversary dates. Want to create Crystal report to pull up "monthly" anniversaries, i.e., all february anniversaries, etc. Can anyone help a new Crystal reports user???

Create a date type range parameter.

Group on the {table.date} field, and select this section will be printed for each month.

This will allow you to show groups of dates for more than one month.

In the record selection formula (Report->Edit Selection Formula->Record) place something like:

{table.date} = {?DateRangeParameter}

Now the report will prompt for a range of dates, and group them by month for that range.
