How do I create a formula to calculate a percentage of two fields that have been grand totalled? I already have a formula to calculate this percentage in the detail and group footer but also need the same formula to work on the grand totalled data.

Depends on how you created the GT.

If you used Right Click->Insert Grand Total, those values will be available to you from within the Field Explorer in a formula, as in:.

Report Area: Count ({Table.Field})

Now just do (division)*100 to get the percent.

That's the problem, the grand totalled field are not listed in the report field section within the formula editor. The summary fields are listed but not the grand totalled fields.
