Have a database of 3,000 tests at a hospital. What's the best way to write a formula or parameter to give me only those patients that had Test 1,2 and 3 done together. In other words I only want to see the data if all 3 tests were done on the same sample, not just 1,2 or 3 separately.

Thanks for the help

You'll have to provide more details as to how the data is stored....

Show me some sample data of test done togther versus tests done separately. Also advise what version of Crystal you are using and provide your current formula in its entirety.

All the tests are stored in a Cross Reference View. I simply reference that view and tell it what tests to find. This is done easily as I say the test is "one of" A, B, or C. The problem is it gives me ALL instances of test A,B and C on every patient that has any one of those tests run on it. I only want to see those patients that had A,B,and C run on them. Has to equal all 3 tests.

Thanks for your time

For Crystal 8.5:
Group by patient, counting cases for A, B and C
Show patient details in the group footer, suppressing the header and details.
Suppress groups which don't have A, B and C all present

The advantage of using the footer is that all of the details for a group have been collected before Crystal decides whether to print the footer.
