Hi, how do I put this in a formula: I want to take a particular CUSTHIST.HIST (CUSTHIST.HIST=04) only if the CUSTHIST.CALL_TYPE=1 This way the only custhist.hist I see is the call_type 1

Thanks

I did this

if {CUSTHIST.HISTTYPE}="04" and {CUSTHIST.CALL_TYPE}=1 then "SENT EMAIL"

and that give me the SENT EMAIL but I get blanks where the other records are an 04 I want to just show the call_type 1

Is this a formula to so you can display "SENT EMAIL" in the report or do you want to filter the report? If you want to filter the report, then you would need something similiar in the selection criteria (i.e., {CUSTHIST.HISTTYPE}="04" and {CUSTHIST.CALL_TYPE}=1).

I hope this helps.
