Hi everyone,

I am using CRXI to create reports. I have customers in my database that belong to more than one group (ex.John Doe belongs to group A, B,C & D). I only want the customers that belong to groups A and B. I have record selections showing this but it also shows those belonging to A only or B only. I used "one of" on the field to get this.

EX.
John Doe
A
B
Sue Blue
A
Jack Jack
B
Tom Thumb
A
B
I only want to see the results for John Doe and Tom Thumb.

Thanks

If you have group on the Customer.
Then you have a summary to count the records in each group and then supress the group based the count=1 or whatever your criteria is.

I have Crystal version 9 but I'm thinking it would work for your version. In the report selection formulas group enter distinctcount({A,B field}, {name field})>1.
