Formula error

I need to add GL account numbers next to the counties on my report, there are quite a few, I can get it to do one but I keep getting an error if I add more. This is what I am doing:

IF{TAX.COUNTY_ID}=["BROOME"]THEN"2375-008" or
IF{TAX.COUNTY_ID}=["WESTCHESTER"]THEN"2340-000"

what is wrong with my formula?

Never mind I figured it out I forgot the ELSE
