Formual for running total in cross tab

Hi,

I am using Crystal Version 10.

I am unable to see a running total in cross-tab expert.I have cross-tab report which runs into 4 pages with the last page having the grand Total at the very bottom highlighted.

Is there a way to have at least a "running total" in first of 3 pages of the cross tab report. Or a formula that can help generate a running total?

Running totals are caculated as the report prints, that's their limitation. (The use of Crystal's automated totals is outlined at FAQ767-6524.)

You can get the effect using a formula like

If {fruit} = "Apple" then 1 else 0

This can be used for a summary count or crosstab.

If you're asking for crosstabs to have a page total, that's not possible. You could do it as a 'mock-crosstab' and then variables with totals in page footers.
