is it possible to launch a form from a combo box

Very basic information....in future please provide more details.

Assumption: ComboBox lists forms you want to open. After selecting a form, you want the form to open.

1st Suggestion: Don't use the combobox to open the form. This will be difficult for the user. Use the combo box to select the form to open and use a button to open the form.

In the AfterUpdate event for button (or combobox if you really want to use it), double click the box and Event Procedure should appear. Click the build button (3 dots ...) at the end of the field. In the window that pops up (code window), put:

DoCmd.OpenForm Me![Name of combo box here] Please remember to give helpful posts the stars they deserve! This makes the post more visible to others in need! [thumbsup2]
