hi cheech,

please see website here. I want to edit all the forms so that they are not .dat files. Please explain how i do this in simple terms. Im slow! :)

i have used dreamweaver mx

You could just change the enctype to text/plain this would put the text into the email rather than attach it

thanx cheech, that worked.

now what if i want to have something that says the form has been sent?

also how do i get rid of the message that pops up when you hit send?

Im slow so you have to explain simply!

thanks

You can add a redirect after the email has been submitted.

The only way to remove the warning is to move away from using the mailto tag. You could look into some server mail script but that will depend on what your host supports.
