Forms won't work anymore !

The forms were working but I had to work on them a bit to add saved fields and now nothing seems to work and I can't understand why. The message I get:

"Cannot run the FrontPage Server Extensions on this page: "

I went in tools > page otions > compatibility and put Apache as server , but always the same message. I even started all over to make a new form, but the second one displays the same message. Does anyone understand what is going on ?

In the Component error report the error says:
Saving form results to email will not work unless either the "SMTPHost" or "Sendmailcommand" server configuration parameters are set. Where can I ajust these parameters ?
