Forms with HTML Email

Hi guys,

I have a HTML email advert which I am sending out to people. Within this I want to include a form with which people can respond, with product orders. This works fine when the email is opened in a hotmail account, trouble is the form won't submit when its opening in MS OutLook.

I guess this is because OutLook doesnt support certain things, but is there anyway I can get around this?
