I have a number of forms that are set as Pop Up = Yes and Modal = Yes, Auto Resize is set to Yes along with Scroll Bars set to both. Everything works fine except for 2 users who use a smaller screen resolution. They are unable to view the whole form. If a form fills the page with the screen at 1280 X 1024, then on the 2 other machines, no scroll bars appear, making it impossible to view the entire form. When the form is longer and the scroll bar appears, it still won't allow the users to scroll all the way down
I tried setting Auto resize to no, but then the form opens in a tiny box and is unable to be used.
What am I missing?

Using Access 2003.

it might be easier to just automatically maximise the forms onOpen

Thanks you for your quick reply and useful information. Changed the forms, works great for all users
