Forms server migration to Sharepoint Enterprise

Is it possible to migrate from Office Forms Server 2007 to Office SharePoint Server 2007 Enterprise ?

Running Sharepoint Enterprise setup.exe states Forms Server needs to be removed before installation takes place. Can this be installed over the top of Forms Server (to keep the content and forms template configurations)
